Jessica was raised in Jefferson City, MO. Growing up, she watched as her parents renovated their homes, and she became interested in the process. Having a vision for a space and watching that vision come to life is truly exciting! She recently bought her first investment property and has renovated the property from top to bottom. She enjoyed the experience and is looking forward to renovating many more properties in the future. Jessica recently joined the Capital Investment Realty team and is looking forward to learning all about property management and investing.
