With a passion for helping clients find their dream home, Emily is dedicated to making your real estate transaction as easy as possible. Emily was raised in Linn, MO, and has always had an interest in real estate. As our leasing agent, she enjoys helping prospective tenants find a property that suits their needs. She also has her real estate license and assists buyers and sellers in our local market. She aspires to personally own investment property and venture into house flipping. In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with her daughter and their dog, Oakley. They are football fans, and Emily loves to cook and bake. Jessica Luetkemeyer

Jessica was raised in Jefferson City, MO. Growing up, she watched as her parents renovated their homes, and she became interested in the process. Having a vision for a space and watching that vision come to life is truly exciting! She recently bought her first investment property and has renovated the property from top to bottom. She enjoyed the experience and is looking forward to renovating many more properties in the future. Jessica recently joined the Capital Investment Realty team and is looking forward to learning all about property management and investing. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as playing volleyball.

Justin Wooten

Justin comes to us from Cape Girardeau, Missouri where he served his community for 10 years as a Sergeant with a local sheriff’s office. In 2017, he decided to make a career change to property management. He worked with another property management company in the Southeast Missouri area until 2022. He and his wife decided to travel the United States, as she worked as a travel nurse on assignments for 18 months in four different states. They settled back down in the Jefferson City, MO area. Justin started with Capital Investment Realty in the fall of 2023 and looks forward to growing his career. He is currently scheduled to start in March 2024 with classes to prepare him for completing the Missouri Real Estate License Exam. Once he achieves his licenses, he will be able to assist clients with buying, selling and further managing their investment properties. In his free time, Justin enjoys hunting, fishing and working on the family farm. He is a classic car enthusiast and has a unique hobby of collecting license plates and road signs of all types.

Chris Bell

Chris was born and raised in Jefferson City. He is a graduate of Jefferson City High School and Truman State University. Throughout his career, he focused solely on identifying and assessing customers’ needs to attain satisfaction while also being able to work with numbers proficiently. He fancies himself as an Excel expert and he is big into the use of spreadsheets. Shortly after joining our team, Chris obtained his real estate license to better assist in sales and leasing. When Chris is not working, he spends his time with his beautiful wife and three wonderful children. He also finds the time to coach a local high school’s rugby team.

Nick Pantaleo

When Nick was introduced to Lindsey and her family, he became interested and later developed a passion for real estate. He has always been hands-on with personal rental properties, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing tenants with homes that met their needs all while maximizing their investment and value. Nick enjoys working with numbers and started developing concepts and equations that assisted with the purchase of several properties that maximized cash flow and minimized risk. As a property owner, Nick understands the value of reporting and staying abreast to the condition of properties and upcoming market trends. His goal is to provide owners and tenants with the best quality of care and service. He wants to assist new investors in getting started and show the value of investing at any stage in life. When Nick is not working, he enjoys spending time with Lindsey and their three children. He loves to hunt and fish.
