Rental Application
Once you find your ideal home, you can schedule a viewing and fill out an application linked above. Keep in mind our requirements for qualifying:
- Submit one application per applicant. Anyone over the age of 18 years old that would be living in the household will need to apply.
- We require that one person living in the household has a 620 credit score.
- Rent cannot be more than 30% of your income. Income can be combined. We require proof of income for the most recent 30 days.
- We run a criminal background check. Based on a case-by-case basis.
How long does it take for applications to be approved?
- All completed applications will take 1-3 business days to review from the time you tell us you would like to run your application.
- We do not charge your application fee until you verbally tell us you would like it ran for the specific property.
